**Shift Flexibility:**
Our client embraces diverse shift schedules to meet business needs, offering 8-hour and 12-hour shifts with rotations, including Administrative, Second, and Third Shifts.

**Qualifications/Requirements:**
- Education: GED or High School Diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years of general warehouse and/or Supply Chain experience.
- Thorough understanding of coordinating warehousing activities with manufacturing and other departments (QA, QC) to maintain schedules.
- Experience in shipping materials with special conditions (temperature, hazardous).
- Ability to walk, stand, bend for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Distribute materials for GMP operations, ensuring compliance with approved procedures.
- Maintain proper labeling accountability and adherence.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and investigate root causes of deficiencies.
- Attention to detail is paramount for success in primary duties.
- Review GMP documentation related to material control.
- Receive GMP materials, rectify discrepancies, and match vendors' documentation against client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procedures for shipment, including CRT, Ambient, and Cold-Chain shipments.
- Collaborate closely with QA to quarantine and release GMP materials on time.
- Contribute to warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Aid in training junior personnel and provide support for pre-clinical projects.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the Materials Control operation.
- Compile and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and process quality controls.
- Handle receipt and inventory control of generated materials (cell banks, bulk protein, etc.).
- Assist with performing internal audits.
- Work under general supervision to meet project goals.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
