*Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer*

*Job Description:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Material Review Board (MRB) procedures to ensure strict adherence and process compliance.
* Conduct thorough reviews and provide technical dispositions for hardware non-conformances, utilizing a high level of attention to detail and precision.
* Assume ownership of technical decisions to guarantee product integrity and compliance, maintaining a continuous commitment to excellence.
* Cultivate and uphold a strong quality image for all customers, demonstrating a dedication to continuous improvement and innovation.
* Provide extensive support across all facets of the manufacturing process, prioritizing safety, durability, and quality.
* Offer exceptional customer support throughout the entire process, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
* Possess a proficient understanding of Engine Manuals and other pertinent technical documents, ensuring accurate and effective interpretation.
* Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to ensure a credible balance between capabilities and requirements, facilitating efficient and effective processes.
*Basic Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) with 8 years of Design, Structure, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering in Aerospace compression systems or hot section hardware experience, or 5 years of the above experience with an advanced ABET accredited degree in engineering.
* *U.S. citizenship is required,* as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* 15+ years of aerospace Design or Structural experience
* Demonstrated skill in leading and managing a technical team.
* Experience in using process control/ six-sigma and or lean manufacturing tools.
* Strong understanding of production process and ability to make appropriate risk-based decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone or in a collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $54,270.14 - $65,357.58 per year
