Material Handling Positions(Starting at $24.90/hour. $1.90/hour is automatically deferred into union pension)
Material Handling employees are responsible for shipping, receiving, maintaining inventories, and creating kitting systems for assembly teams. The position requires experience in utilizing computer systems to maintain inventories, operating forklifts/narrow aisle stackers, yard haulers, etc.

Specific Duties to include
- Shipping - Prepare various products for shipping by utilizing various computer systems, packing materials, and coordinating with third party shipping agencies for departure.
- Receiving – Receive and inspect incoming products for production use. Utilize various computer systems, and preparing incoming product for internal production uses.
- Delivering production materials to various internal department teams for the use of raw materials for operations teams.
- Utilize various equipment for all material handling applications such as, forklift, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other types of mobile equipment.
- Prepare material kits for use on a moving assembly line for production teams. Kits to include parts for variously component assemblies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak and understand the English Language.
- Prior experience utilizing forklift, narrow aisle stacker, reach truck, electric cart, etc. preferred.
- Possess strong number/letter identification and recognition when working with an excessive amount of number/letter sequences.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements with or without an accommodation to include: Lift, Carry, Push, Pull 50 pounds or more, Stand & Walk for 8 hours per day, consistently work in awkward positions such as bending, squatting, working from ladders, use vibratory tools, etc.
