SalaryAdecco is looking for a candidate to fill a Material Handler position in Yakima, WA. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include general labor tasks, material handling, and operating a sit-down forklift. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills. Location: Yakima, WA (98902)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, security, and safety standards in the warehouse at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory, is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about warehouse inventory.
Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must pass a forklift assessment.
Work Environment: This position is within a light industrial setting. Casual but appropriate attire is expected. Safety shoes are typically required, and confirmation will be provided in start details.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
