- Moves finished goods and materials from each production line to the warehouse.
- Replenishes shelves with materials for the parcel shipping clerk.
- Stages and loads customer orders.
- Unloads incoming raw materials using a forklift, and/or hand stacks product on pallets.
- Verifies count and receives materials.
- Transports materials to the raw goods supermarkets near each assembly line.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Able to become familiar with part numbers and their use and be able to visually identify them.
- Be capable of using a computer for entering information for shipping including Fed Ex and UPS websites, and learning material movement scanning and database system
- Capable of adapting to technologies (scanners, data entry, navigating inventory systems, etc.)
- Fluent communication in English, verbally and in writing
- Able to operate a forklift truck and meet the requirements for vehicle operators. Training is available for candidates who don't currently have a forklift license but would like to learn.
- Familiarity with kanBan or maintenance of full inventory systems
- Able to follow written instruction
- Able to meet attendance standards established by the organization
- Must possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Able to walk and stand continuously.
- Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds repeatedly during regular work assignments.
- 1 year of relevant experience (material management, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) highly preferred. Previous Leadership experience desired.
- CDL license is a plus.
