The Material Handler supplies the material to the production lines and shipping area and ensures that materials are accurately entered into CMS (ERP System) and delivered on time.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

- To organize and stock all material, to meet the requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out (FIFO).
- Ensure compliance with SWI (Standardized Work Instructions) for deliveries to the production lines.
- Check all full, acceptable totes, racks, and bins for proper bar code labels.
- Scan and load parts to the next stock location/resources and ensure the accuracy of inventory in CMS.
- Count and label all unused parts and return to the stock area.
- Inspect / Accept parts per work instruction / process book / procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality, and racking.
- Recommend proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment.
- Aware of Safety, Health & Environmental policies.

Qualifications: (These qualifications represent the minimum requirements of the position. Employees will be required to possess the ability and aptitudes to perform the duties proficiently.)
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work well with others to foster team-building and positive work relationships.
Ability to meet production requirements.
Ability to comprehend written instructions.
Physical Demands:
Continuous walking and/or standing.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive motion.
Environmental Conditions:
