Moves material on production floor and in the warehouse utilizing a forklift and pallet jack.
MAIN FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for utilizing the forklift to load pallets of finished products onto rollers to wrap plastic.
2. Once wrapped, uses forklift to load pallets onto racks.
3. Moves material using forklift and truck.
4. Receives incoming materials and load onto racks using pallet jack and forklift.
5. Transports raw material to machines on production floor.
6. Ensure SPC machines have material available in adherence with production schedule.
7. Responsible for housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dumping trash etc.
8. Expected to act in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
9. ISO 9001, 14001 and Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance
o Operates all equipment in the prescribed manner
o Reports all safety concerns to Supervisor
o Maintain awareness of company policies
o Maintain awareness of company objectives for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
o Support the Company's continuous improvement initiatives
10. Completes all tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Education/Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent
