Stockroom Material Handler

Körber Technologies, Inc., a Sales and Service Company serving the North American Tobacco Industry, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a Stockroom Material Handler to join our team. As a Stockroom Material Handler, you will be working in the Stockroom with a team of experienced Stockroom personnel performing your assigned responsibilities.

Your role in our team

• You will ensure proper receipt of material from outside vendors, manufacturing and assembly.
• You will ensure packaging of material for shipment to customers is done in an efficient and safe manner.
• You will ensure that parts stocking is done in an accurate and acceptable manner.
• You will utilize equipment and work practices for best efficiency and productivity.
• You will complete necessary clerical duties associated with accurate filling of customer orders for both internal and external customers.
• You will operate power and hand trucks in materials movement.
• You will perform work safely, adhering to company safety standards. Keep work area clean.

Your profile

• You are above to life 25 pounds on a frequent basis during an eight hour shift. You will need to life up to 80 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stand on your feet for entire eight-hour shift.
• You are a high school graduate good clerical skills. You have two years’ experience in materials handling.
