About the position:
We’re looking for a Material Control Specialist – Change Planning to complete the timely processing of complete and accurate Change Requests in the Enovia Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The Change Analyst ensures that changes comply with company procedure and regulatory requirements. Handles moderately complex issues and problems under minimal supervision and may provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to team members. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Priorities are focused on the accuracy of Change Requests, by ensuring that all change elements are identified, accurate, compliant, and assembled for review and approval.
- Create and process Change Requests.
- Create and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) assemblies.
- Create, control and organize part numbers.
- Coordinate and assign documentation approvals.
- Fulfill requests for change control data, reports and information.
- Engage in multiple projects and tasks that involve meeting deliverable requirements.
- Prioritize work load effectively to meet departmental and organizational goals.
- Ensures system files are updated with proper information.
- Create and maintain Standard Work.
- High-level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills are required to use Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of other software.
About you:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in computerize Material Control and/or planning is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Tech, Engineering, Co-Ops/Interns, or Skilled Labor is strongly preferred.
- APICS Certification is preferred.
- Extensive Excel experience is required.
- Knowledge of JDE, SAP, AS400, and/or Novia is preferred.

- Ability to work with independently or with a team.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - The salary for this position is $55,100-$66,800; compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
