SELECT AWARDS
Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities:List the major duties/accountabilities to achieve the positions key objectives.
- Ensures partner facilities Logistical Claims are in alignment with the CLIENT requirements (Claims Matrix).
- Ensure partner facilities Logistical Claims are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and appropriately dispositioned.
- Communicate logistical errors to the appropriate Supplier, Material Planner and LQS.
- Ensures and assess the acceptance of supplied parts Logistics Quality to CLIENT group standards and specifications to the end customer(s) satisfaction and production capability.
- Ensures supplier is capable of meeting production targets and Logistics Quality standards.
- Communicates with other CLIENT Plants in the worldwide CLIENT Network including joint problem solving.
- Establishes a documented process flow of problem solving of logistical issues at the supplier level (level 0).
- Collaborates with the Material Control team to establish new supplier escalation process and to ensure process compliance.
- Establishes KPIs to show effectiveness of problem solving.
- Monitors supplier performance through established KPIs and communicates any issues to management.
- Assists with the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provides support and guidance to the Material Control team as needed.
