Balance Point has been serving the Northern Colorado market for 25+ years providing best-in-class residential and commercial HVAC services. Balance Point is expanding and adding Plumbing services to further serve our customers!

Balance Point is seeking a Master Plumber who will be responsible for overseeing the establishment and growth of the newly formed Balance Point Plumbing Department. This Master Plumber will oversee the development of the department, sales, installation, maintenance, and service and repair of plumbing and hot water heating systems.

Job requirements will be business development to launch the department, the establishment of workflows, the building of price books, as well as the management of schedules and call volumes to meet all customer needs. Additionally, work involves performance of skilled Plumbing tasks in repairing, servicing and installing a variety of plumbing fixtures and equipment.

As the department grows, responsibilities will be to oversee all aspects of managing and building the department to include supervising and training those with less experience, hiring and termination of employees.

Previous management and leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Colorado Master Plumbing License

5 + years of Residential / Commercial Plumbing Service and Install Experience

Experience with Light Commercial Plumbing Equipment and Residential Plumbing Equipment

Valid driver's license

Basic computer skills are required (as our technicians run off of tablets/IPads)

Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.

Previous management and leadership experience is preferred but not required.
