Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for up and operating CNC turning and milling machines.
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts, and make adjustments as necessary for quality part production.
- Maintain daily inspection records, labor reporting, and scheduled machine maintenance.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner following all safety policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to understand and read complicated Engineering drawings.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply rational thinking to understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
