We are looking for a strong Automation development lead with experience in project development, implementation, and deployment using Uipath.
Responsibilities:
- Strong RPA Skills with experience in full project development, implementation, and deployment using UiPath's Enterprise RPA Platform
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Preferred to have UiPath Certification
- Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end execution of various processes using Attended, Unattended, Development, and non-production bots
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum work environment
- Experience designing bots/workflows with excellent exception-handling mechanisms.
- Well-versed in UiPath Orchestrator, session management, Queues, Schedules, Jobs, Logs, and debugging of process solution
- Experience in structured and pattern-based data extraction using web data extraction and exporting the data to Excel or Database
- Broad knowledge in the entire spectrum of UiPath products - Insight, Automation Hub, AI-Fabric, Document understanding, etc.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and assess appropriate automation use cases
- Collaborate with business process teams to analyse and assess automation feasibility, translating business requirements into technical designs
- Assist developers with fixing bugs and enhancing the code of automation in production.
- Develop strategies to optimize bot schedules to achieve maximum productivity of digital workers.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, both business users and technical resources
- Contribute to continuous improvement and collaboration
- Collaborate with Enterprise RPA Team to make our processes more efficient
Development & Testing:
- UiPath Process Automation Development
- Develop RPAs according to published governance frameworks and standards
- Facilitate production release meetings and schedule the robots to meet the automation run requirements
- Perform unit testing prior to releasing automation for UAT
- Coordinate and support user acceptance and regression testing, including preparing test scenarios and collecting approvals from business process owners
- Oversee test coverage and the timely resolution of defects
- Review logs, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers on the team to implement potential improvements to resolve production problems

Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of UiPath experience
- Process modeling experience using MS Visio/any other tools
- Solid knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., VB.net, Python, Java)
- Experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), and application development
- Experience with PowerShell.
