The Lash and Sugar Company is the PREMIER lash extension salon in Arizona. We have 10 years of clients and continuously invest in bringing in new clients for our artists. We can fill your books and help you keep them full!

Responsibilities:

- Giving each client a unique experience with excellent customer service

- Following AZ State Board of Cosmetology Rules and Regulations

- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment

- Meticulous attention to detail when opening and closing the salon

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience with Eyelash Extensions (Classic, Volume, and Hybrid)

- Valid AZ State Board of Cosmetology Beauty License

- Exceptional Customer Service Skills

- Positive Energy

Compensation:

All of our Lash Artists are on commission. On average, our artists make up to $20-40 per hour. Pay is competitive and raises are based on performance. We have a defined career path system which makes it clear what you need to do to get a pay increase.

Who You Report To: All of our artists report to our District Operations Manager who is there to support you. This manager ensures you have all the supplies that you need, handles contracts with cleaning companies/laundry services/etc., provides ongoing training/coaching, maintaining, improving the esthetics/organization of the space, and ensures everyone is meeting requirements so the salon runs as smoothly as possible for you and your clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
