Job Description

• Develop and assign risk-based reliability strategies for installed equipment, utilizing Equipment Strategies. The strategies are based on the standard Central process with a standard set of tools to develop the strategy and will require leadership for the development of Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Routines and Maintenance Procedures
• Incorporate reliability and maintenance input into trade-off decisions for equipment selection and specification including equipment criticality reviews, condition-based monitoring requirements, plant sparing, levels of redundancy, TAR Strategy, standardization and major component selection based on life cycle costing
• Ensuring integrity effectiveness and management which includes consequences/ complexity rating of fixed equipment, development of fit for purpose risk based strategies, setting optimum task intervals including local regulations/statutory requirements, timely review of inspection findings and evergreening of strategies
• Defining Master Data Management (MDM) Scopes and implementing Master Data Programs, Setting up Maintenance Build Process, Implementation experience.

Skills
•Experience with Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity Engineering
•Experience on Master Data Programs implementation and Master Data Management (MDM) and Master data governance (MDG)
•Knowledge and experience working with standards (API/ASME/ANSI/ASTM/ISO 55000 & 14224/NACE/TEMA) etc.
•Knowledge and experience working with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and ERP systems
Qualification
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering
•12+ years of experience working in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical plants
•Good analytical skills in data interpretation and analysis
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with Fluency in the English language
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Self-motivated, eager to learn, and curious
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
