Master Data Administrator, Flavors Division

Job Summary: The Master Data Administrator will be responsible for managing Master Data and related activities within the Flavor Division. The person will liaise with all appropriate internal departments, external customers, global team members as well as appropriate consultants.

Essential Duties

• Develop and create records within GSAP for Flavor Master Data Requirements
• Interact on a daily basis with all departments to help facilitate the quick and accurate entry of data into GSAP leading to adoption of new customers, new products, etc.
• Leverage any Fit & GAP understanding to support MDM’s goal of improving the GSAP process and procedure consolidation.
• Help support the other Divisions or work with other Division MDM leadership to design and implement improvements.
• Coordinate communication between appropriate affiliates and project managers, team leaders and front line users.
• Whenever possible create templates, procedures, documentation and enhancements for the day to day business transactions of the Division
• Works with key departments to initiate and support workflows for Bulk Materials, Suffixes, contact persons, sold-to and ship to and others as needed.
• Work to investigate and enter appropriate packing information for each product
• Creation of test plans for any system changes or improvements.
• Support Flavor Sales Service team with other tasks such as monthly sales reports, Market Segment analysis, profit analysis, etc.
• Helps to set and communicate pricing to both internal and external customers.
• Designs and executes training for key personnel and departments. Shares key definition and process flows for local TAKUS Flavor team.
• Works to standardize key data within the system.
• Help to extract and or upload important data into GSAP. Work with Demand Management on forecasting process
• Participate in the hierarchy of customer Master Data in systems such as GSAP and Optiva while supporting the pricing process.
• Ensure and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Master Data and verify data is in compliance with all relevant regulations. ...
• Test the system and process flow while recording results and creating options for additional enhancements.
• Record a full audit history and data trail of any changes.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, IT Marketing, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Focus within the Flavor and Fragrance industry and significant knowledge in various facets of SAP. Any experience as part of the S/4 Hana GSAP implementation is preferred. Additional experience in Supply Chain, Accounting or related Management position would be desirable.

• Possess strong knowledge of general business, and a thorough understanding of best practices in business and financial reporting.
