We are currently seeking highly motivated Master Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades for both part-time and full-time positions. We offer quality craftsmanship for all of the community's home repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects - both large and small.
We are located in Rogers, MN, and serve the Twin Cities Northwest communities. We will provide Handyman Services to homes and businesses throughout Albertville, Elk River, Nowthen, Osseo, Champlin, Maple Grove, Dayton, Otsego, Rogers, St. Michael, Hassan, Hanover, Hamel, Loretto, Maple Plain, Independence, Corcoran, Medina, and Greenfield.

You will work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in the Twin Cities Northwest communities. With a salary range between $25 - 32 hourly, plus benefits, reimbursements, and performance bonuses, your potential income can run up to $60,000+, per year.

Job Requirements
We are looking for Master Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywall to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Specific qualifications for the role include:
• Successful prior track record as a Multi-Skilled Craftsman;
• Skills in one or more: carpentry, painting, drywall, texturing, decking, siding, fencing, tile
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own a truck or van in good condition
• Current and valid driver's license
• Residence within 25 miles of the city of Rogers, MN
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Punctual and uncompromising work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, are strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing, preferred
Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers-folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
