Modivcare is looking for a Customer Advocate - Mass Transit to identify clients that meet the criteria for using the Public Transit. You will partner with the Transportation and Quality Assurance departments to ensure smooth coordination of the potential clients to public transportation. You will maintain an open line of communication with superiors and co-workers, recipients, facilities, and public transit systems. You will report to the Customer Advocate management team.
You will...
- Identify potential Medicaid recipients/ clients that meet the criteria for using the Public
- Distribute transit tickets and monitor usage
- Work with the Customer Advocates and Member Experience departments to ensure smooth coordination of the potential clients to the bus
- Maintain an open line of communication with superiors and co-workers, facilities and public transit systems
- Remain knowledgeable of public transit bus routes and schedules
- Create spreadsheets showing 12 month goals and projected cost savings
We are excited to speak to someone with the following...
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of prior customer service, heavy phone volume and data entry experience
- Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and covered services
- Public transit experience
- Type 35+ words per minute.
Salary: $14.23 - $19.21
