Marriage And Family Therapist

Relate Family Therapy is looking for motivated, driven professionals in mental health to join our team! Our team is cohesive and collaborative while all working to excel in their own niches. The work we do is systemic in nature, but the clinical experience of the team comes from many specialties and backgrounds.

The professional we seek would work as an Independent Contractor and specialize in working with child clients, families, couples, and individuals. This position is completely remote, but you would have the option to join meetings in person at out Centennial Office if desired.

Often clients come to us in the midst of a current trauma and are looking for ways to cope and strategies to navigate through the situation, but we also have clients find our practice as a way to work through a past trauma. Our practice has a variety of clients of individual child, tween/teen, and adult, couples, and families.

We are located in Centennial, off Arapahoe Road and Revere Parkway. The therapist would receive referrals and all billing and office maintenance is managed by the practice. Case consultation, educational opportunities, and guidance around the role are common practices at Relate, so our therapists maintain a working sense of connection and competency. You won’t feel isolated, but you can continue to maintain independence as a clinician. There is space for both autonomy and collaboration, which are both important to the work we do.

This is the ideal role for someone that is communicative and looking for a full caseload of clients with a varied set of presenting problems and the space to grow as a supervisor of newer clinicians.
