**Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist**We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. As an experienced therapist specializing in Marriage and Family therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling and support to individuals, couples, and families facing various relational challenges and mental health concerns.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' relational dynamics, emotional well-being, and mental health concerns.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.
3. Provide evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to address issues such as communication problems, conflict resolution, infidelity, parenting challenges, and Family transitions.
4. Offer support and guidance to couples and families navigating major life transitions, such as marriage, divorce, blended family integration, and loss.
5. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
7. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences, to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in Marriage and Family therapy.
8. Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice established by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations, such as the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
9. Cultivate a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment that promotes trust, confidentiality, and respect for clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences.
**Working Conditions:**
This position primarily involves working in a clinical setting, with regular hours scheduled for client appointments, administrative tasks, and professional development activities. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate clients' needs, including evening or weekend appointments. Telecommuting options may be available based on organizational policies and client preferences.

Responsible for conducting couples and Family counseling, completing weekly billing sheets, and weekly progress notes. The notes are very efficient and easy to complete.
