Marketing Trainer:
- Assist in booking tours and holding the team accountable to their committed results
- Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, coding and etc.
- Order and maintain departmental supplies (collateral material, uniforms, etc.)
- Run daily reports to include, but not limited to, Daily Arrival Report, Performance per Marketer
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports to include, but not limited to, Show factors and Conversion rates to be submitted in a timely manner for corporate deadlines.
- Compile data on each Marketing Coordinator's performance.
- Prepare additional reports deemed necessary by upper management.
- Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management with regard to tour allotments available and potential tour flow.
- Coordinate with HR on all Policies & Procedures and oversee performance management
- Ensure any pertinent information related to Marketing/Concierge is properly and timely disseminated.
- Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
- Submit employee payroll in timely manner.
- Perform other related functions not listed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (minimum requirements necessary for this position):
- Bachelor's degree/coursework in Business Administration or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years management experience in marketing
- At least 2-3 years Marketing experience preferred

What You'll Bring:

History of reliability, dependability, and effective
follow through.A minimum of 1 year successful Wyndham, time-share, or vacation ownership experience required (CMP, OPC).
Must be able to work flexible schedule.
Must be proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office).
Effective time management skills
Must have High School/GED.
