Marketing Trainer:

  • Assist in booking tours and holding the team accountable to their committed results
  • Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, coding and etc.
  • Order and maintain departmental supplies (collateral material, uniforms, etc.)
  • Run daily reports to include, but not limited to, Daily Arrival Report, Performance per Marketer
  • Prepare daily and weekly status reports to include, but not limited to, Show factors and Conversion rates to be submitted in a timely manner for corporate deadlines.
  • Compile data on each Marketing Coordinator's performance.
  • Prepare additional reports deemed necessary by upper management.
  • Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management with regard to tour allotments available and potential tour flow.
  • Coordinate with HR on all Policies & Procedures and oversee performance management
  • Ensure any pertinent information related to Marketing/Concierge is properly and timely disseminated.
  • Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
  • Submit employee payroll in timely manner.
  • Perform other related functions not listed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (minimum requirements necessary for this position):

  • Bachelor's degree/coursework in Business Administration or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years management experience in marketing
  • At least 2-3 years Marketing experience preferred

  • History of reliability, dependability, and effective
    follow through.

  • A minimum of 1 year successful Wyndham, time-share, or vacation ownership experience required (CMP, OPC).

  • Must be able to work flexible schedule.

  • Must be proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office).

  • Effective time management skills

  • Must have High School/GED.
