220 Marketing specializes in providing online marketing solutions and consulting to the mortgage, real estate, and insurance industries. 220 Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic team member who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position will require you to work with new and existing clients regarding the development and customization of their accounts/websites based on their marketing needs.
The Marketing Support Representative position requires interaction with clients via phone/email in response to inquiries about products, services and to handle/resolve complaints. You will be expected to provide high-level support and product training to our clients. The primary focus will be client retention among other required metrics. This position requires attention to detail and organizational skills. This position is Monday to Friday. Shifts available from 7:00am to 4:00pm
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Resolve product or service issues/problems
- Updating 220 client websites and/or input work tickets
- Help implement marketing strategy after appointments by the consultation team
- Schedule and reschedule consultation appointments
- Determine the cause of the issue/problem
- Selecting and explaining the best solution
- Expediting correction and/or adjustment to client's satisfaction
- Follow up to ensure resolution
Phone Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve client needs
Outbound to existing client base for needed follow up and check ins
- Maintain retention standards
- Maintain calendar of appointments and client scheduling needs
- Work with new clients on website development
- Provide support to client accounts
- Domain support
- Meeting quality assurance policies and procedures
- Team player and 'What ever it takes attitude"
- Performs other duties as assigned.
