Channel Marketing Specialist
Wolff Bros. is looking for an Channel Marketing Specialist for our Medina Branch.

- Help manage and support e-commerce activity of wolffbros.com
- Collect and interpret product data
- Follow infrastructure and product roadmap for product data and manage prioritization
- Manage and refine data within the taxonomy - identifying and correct any gaps and collisions
- Seamlessly integrate new and evolving content into the current taxonomy
- Build a process for consistency in data
- Streamline data to upload into system
- Help manage data flow and engineering processes
- Optimization of pages and products to increase SEO
- Work with IT team to create automation workflows for wolffbros.com
- Develop and evaluate data pipelines and output
- Identify product opportunities via research, collaboration from internal stakeholders and direct engagement with customers
- Develop and execute plans to increase customer satisfaction and site integrity
- Help manage and support e-commerce activity of wolffdesigncenter.com
- Analyze and seek to improve email marketing messages and strategy with a calendar, best practices and workflow (SendGrid, Magento, P21)
- Report successes and opportunities to management and explain analytical solutions
- Collaborate across product teams and business units
- Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning
- Support other team members objectives through events, campaigns, and relationships with customers, vendors and employees
- P21 and Magento experience, or similar platforms
- Experience with real-time large-scale data platforms
- Prior experience with data visualization, experimentation frameworks and optimization a plus
- Comfortable with Google Analytics
- Product management experience (requirements gathering, road-mapping, prioritization)
- 3+ years of product management experience in software / data product management roles
- Proven ability to weave together business strategy, data and technology into product users love
- CSM, PMP, PMI, CSPO, PM, PO, CISSP, APICS, SCRUM, CISM
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technical, MBA, Statistics, Science, Education, Math, Technology
