What will you be doing?
Transfinder, a national leader in student transportation solutions for school districts throughout the United States and Canada, is seeking a talented and organized Marketing Specialist – Event Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing and event initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, and maximizing engagement.
- Manage conference and tradeshow logistics, including schedule and activities, booking space and onsite needs, packing, sorting, and shipping of items, staff travel arrangements, budget tracking, and analyzing event success, leads, and ROI.
- Assistant VP of Marketing on Transfinder hosted conferences and events, including on-site logistics, hotels, travel, food and beverage, conference communications (Pre, onsite, and post), and website. Track expenses and analyze KPIs and success.
- Support and manage public procurement tracking and reporting to various organizations.
- Manage memberships and associations along with communication, delivering blog content to members on Transfinder solutions and case studies.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to coordinate, source, track, and assemble assets for RFP submissions. Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to deadlines. Includes creation of standard company information.
- Support and manage public procurement tracking and reporting to various organizations.
- Write, proofread, typeset, and graphic designs of print and digital media, case studies, and articles.
- Production assistance and traffic for all types of marketing, including photo and video shoots and production.
- Support in managing webinars, including registration, attendee tracking, and platform utilization. Assist in delivering blog content and member communications.
- Analyze web traffic, leads, and CRM data to inform marketing strategies and track campaign performance.
- Manage elements of CRM for conferences and leads.
- Build and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and optimize campaign execution.
Must have experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and event management.
- Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, proposal writing software, and Dynamics CRM (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of marketing data and analytics a plus.
Salary $65,000 to $75,000
Salary is established based on various factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job related knowledge, education and training, skills, and geographic location.
These factors are taken into consideration during the employment offer process.
