Marketing Specialist - Field/Outside B2B

Simfarose Pharmacy, a regional specialty pharmacy in Pembroke Pines Florida, is looking for a Marketing Specialistto help build stronger B2B relationships in specialty diseases, such as urology, neurology, gastroenterology, and dermatology. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our specialty pharmaceuticals to Healthcare Professionals in this region, gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:

• Perform field visits to interact with physicians who are leaders in their field
• Giving presentations and analyzing internal sales and expenses of their brands
• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with sales team to gather customer responses, customer requirements, complaints and queries
• Ensure sales quotas and objectives are met or exceeded
• Develop and maintain strong relationships clients
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions

​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years previous experience in market research, sales or other related fields
  • Experience working with specialty pharmacies or specialty diseases is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market
• Must have the ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Being Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university required, Bachelor's preferred
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
