Essential Functions
  • Effectively manage operations in the 'Final Mile' network to foster strong partnerships with 3rd parties and positive outcomes for our operators - Ability to influence change
  • Quickly identify and resolve challenges while effectively communicating with all stakeholders
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop the tools and strategy to mitigate business risk
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand current processes and identify systematic gaps
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership partners to understand business needs
  • Process KPI data as well as qualitative information to understand what action should be taken
  • Comfortable working with varying levels of data and information quality to drive results
  • Support the development and maintenance of various data reporting tools in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI, Palantir, and other platforms

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Distribution/Logistics Analyst is responsible for the Final Mile delivery execution, service and inventory planning from Focus Brands contracted distributors to our restaurants, bakeries and shoppes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the day-to-day functionality of our company owned and franchisee operators by monitoring key supply chain data points, providing quick solutions to problems, and maintaining a strong relationship between distribution partners and Focus Brands.
Successful candidates can understand and prioritize work in a dynamic environment, bring a solution-oriented mindset, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
In this job, you will gain a deep understanding of how a food service supply chain operates to successfully serve various national brands while honing skills in both traditional and innovative technology platforms. This role presents a high visibility opportunity in a team critical to the success of our operators.
Education
  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
  • Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's

Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of demand planning/forecasting
  • Experience in coordinating logistics with 3rd party providers
  • Ability to work cross functionally in ever changing adaptive environment
  • Excel skills (e.g., modeling, goal seek, VLOOKUP, index match, pivot tables, nested IF statements)
  • PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Business Intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project Management
