Marketing Specialist
Support the sales and customer growth teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Responsible for sales support & lead generation activities, marketing & event coordination, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute lead generation strategies, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
- Prepare sales collateral, assist with sales meeting preparation, and provide customer support to the business development team.
- Ensure sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging.
- Execute the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for website, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and other customer communications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate trade show marketing materials, logistics, and manage event timelines.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback collection, and customer appreciation programs.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities using various tools and metrics.
- Report on the results and outcomes of marketing initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in sales or marketing coordination
- Experience with content creation and management tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
