Marketing Specialist

Xpress Wellness Urgent Care is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Xpress Wellness Urgent Care and drive patient engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and analyze marketing performance.

• Promoting products, services and content over webchat features, in a way that is consistent with an organization's brand and online strategy.
• Scheduling online posts using multiple platforms.
• Developing new digital engagement strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Analyzing marketing performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimizations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure Xpress Wellness Urgent Care's marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
• Managing communications for events.
• Manages special projects and duties as assigned. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred.
• Previous work experience in a communications role or equivalent education.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Bilingual preferred.
