Marketing Research Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Rapidly growing company at the cross section of finance, energy, and real estate industries. Seeking hungry, organized, and detail-oriented applicant who can immediately add value in client growth and sales management. Must have excellent research and communication skills.

DUTIES:

• Conducting in-depth prospecting research to source target prospects and appropriate contacts at each company
• Designing outreach gameplan across email and LinkedIn with the goal of setting up presentation meetings
• Developing scripts and monitoring outreach performance
• Supervising CRM system (Salesforce), creating reporting and analytics, managing sales process. Follow up on accounts to lead to close.
• Supporting existing client management efforts in reporting & data management
• Understand both individual and larger team KPIs and position yourself to hit, if not exceed said KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Hands on learning about real estate, energy/utilities, finance fields
• Will directly add value to rapidly growing business with room for growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Familiar with data sets, Microsoft Excel

COMPENSATION:

• $40,000-45,000 annual salary commensurate with experience. Bonus structure based on performance.

LOCATION:

• 1 Metrotech Center, Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
