Job Description
AIMS Home Health is looking for an energetic Marketing Representative with Home Health Agency marketing experience preferred. You will continue our brand management and marketing development by implementing marketing plans. Initial work will be related to referral for our Home Health care services with efforts via a multi-channel marketing campaign.
Daily work focuses on marketing AIMS Home Health and use of media channels, media management, creative trafficking, content creation, and outcomes reporting.
Primary duties include:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans as needed for company priorities.
- Assist in development and implementation of strategic plans for prioritized initiatives including determination of organizational goals and objectives, analysis of information, design of short-term and long-term strategies.
- Manage communications, marketing, and direct outreach campaigns as necessary in support of objectives including content development, list acquisition, targeting strategy, and implementation.
- Oversee, identify and/or develop/write content including articles, photos, and videos necessary to fulfill communications and marketing plans.
- Manage media campaigns in support of objectives including social and digital applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in marketing/communications with experience Home Health Agency environments preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.
- Knowledge of and experience with trafficking of advertisements across multiple mediums
- Experience researching and analyzing information to identify trends and issues.
- Skilled reporting on progress of projects for informal briefings, formal presentations and more
- Ability to write clear and concise marketing communications, with accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Excellent editing and proofreading skills to produce clear, error-free documents.
- Experienced with website content development.
- Advanced proficiency with marketing software and all MS Office applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively, courteously, and cooperatively with a wide range of individuals, including faculty/physicians and staff, business professionals, patients, consumers, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; prioritize work independently; manage and meet multiple deadlines, work quickly and with minimal supervision, showing independent judgment, accuracy, and initiative.
- Ability to always maintain and understand the need for professionalism.
Pay Range $58,240 to $72,800 Annually
