Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Project Manager Sr is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex annual Medicare marketing campaign for Medicare Sales by providing project management and executional support. This position will oversee the creation and implementation of assigned sales enablement materials, including standalone fliers and other collateral ordered by internal and external sales. The materials are developed with varying degrees of customizable features.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to strategic evaluation and utilization analysis, facilitate relevant conversations with Strategy, Product, Compliance and Sales.
• Manage assigned materials from creative development, proofing, filing, translation, UAT, and vendor implementation.
• Also manages assigned special projects /programs.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy of assigned projects/materials.
• Role will be leverage across programs (to also support the Enrollment Kit development)
• Identifies, mitigates, manages, and escalates projects, risks, and issues.
• Supports marketing strategies by ensuring materials are delivered with 100% accuracy, on time, on scope and on budget.
• Provides strategic counsel for customers and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with business goals.
• Contributes to the development of functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Develops and manages project timelines.
• Interacts with/manages vendor deliverables for assigned materials.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

• Strongly prefer Medicare Individual experience and be familiar with CMS Marketing Guidelines.
• Attention to detail required.
