Hawk Ridge Systemsis continuing to expand our marketing efforts throughout North America by adding a remote Marketing Program Manager to our talented team who will be responsible for partnering with marketing leadership to manage and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring final content assets meet objectives. You will lead, plan, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as web, paid media, email marketing, etc. Additionally, you'll manage communications across internal and external teams and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on program status, risks, and necessary adjustments. Another super cool part of this Marketing Program Manager role is that you'll provide Marketing Program management for three varied brands within Hawk Ridge Systems! Additionally, in this new and exciting role, you will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (including design, content, product, and Marketing Operations), as well as external partners, to ensure efficient production and organization of all marketing creative assets, as well as to execute our strategic marketing plans to elevate our brand and help us to further communicate our value.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS REMOTE MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER ROLE?



  • Partnering with marketing leadership to manage, lead, execute, as well as oversee the planning and execution process for marketing campaigns/programs across various channels (including web, paid media, email marketing, etc.) for three different brands
  • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution
  • Managing workstreams to ensure timely delivery of assets, including in-house creatives and external creative vendors
  • Reviewing final content assets to ensure they meet objectives
  • Managing stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and executing contingency plans necessary in order to meet objectives


WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER ROLE?



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Program/project management is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Business, or related field, and/or project management certification is preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and producing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and an understanding of content marketing best practices
  • Experience creating and managing detailed project / campaign plans required, (experience with a project management tool is a plus)
  • Must have a creative mind and a passion for marketing to maintain strategic alignment between campaign objectives and creative execution, identify project risks, create contingency plans, and execute risk contingencies
  • Our ideal candidate is autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with outstanding project and time management, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent conflict management skills)

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire salary range for this role is between $61,200 - $76,500. Your pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
