ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Responsible for meetings covering Marketing & Sales, Rental, Heavy Rents, Digital, Parts, and Service Excellence and working with responsible parties on completing tasks.
• Responsible for Customer Loyalty Programs, identifying customer expectations from surveys, measuring satisfaction levels, follow up on customer issues or complaints.
• Responsible for audits through the Dealer Business System ensuring inventory accuracy and equipment file maintenance.
• Managing customer assignments and customer equipment files
• Lead vetting and management
• Develop and execute best practices for customer information architecture, data requirements, record integrity, data hygiene, and competitive intelligence.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
• Participate in ongoing decisions concerning data collections, study design, methodology, and data analysis.
• Conceptualize data and share this knowledge through effective presentation with the rest of the Marketing Department and various business divisions.
• Assist in the marketing of products and services by working effectively and cohesively with the Marketing department and other divisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or equivalent experience in related subjects.
• Experienced in developing innovative approaches and ideas.
• Proven ability to collect and research data; design work flows and procedures
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
• Must have ability to establish, monitor, and meet short and long-term goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiently use a computer with strong computer skills in Microsoft Suites, including Microsoft BI.
• Capable of critically analyzing business processes or practices.
• Ability to maintain applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources including CRM, OLGA, web analytics, and third party data sources.
PREFERRED
• Project Management skills preferred.
• Previous marketing experience is preferred.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
• Material and equipment directly used: Computers, printers, copier, telephone, fax machine, scanner, calculator, and binding equipment.
• Office environment requiring professional dress and appearance.
• Typing, filing, writing, and listening.
• Sit 6-8 hours a day.
• Use hands for average manipulation.
• Walk and/or stand for 0-6 hours per day.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
• Some lifting required, up to 35 lbs.
