Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced marketing strategist to join our team. The perfect candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, a passion for the collaborative process, take initiative, be a self-starter, thrive under pressure, and love to adapt to ever-changing plans. In this role, you will be developing and implementing effective B2B strategies. Coordinating needs, content, design, marketing, and other activities. As the marketing strategist, you oversee planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services to align with sales goals and profitability.
You must be an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of marketing trends, product management and digital practices are essential to this role. Your goal will be to ensure that campaigns are relevant and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy plans within our sales channels.
- Competitor research and insight reporting.
- Look for opportunities for additional profitability to the company.
- Planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Set specific marketing goals
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends
- Research market to identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products to the sales channel
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
- Research RFP Opportunities
- Track and Measure all campaigns
- Bi-weekly meetings with each segment/ channel
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Sales strategist
- Experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and measurement skills
