Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist will join a team that drives toward excellence and is excited to assist CareMetx growth and success. In this role you will be responsible for improving our marketing efforts through efficient operational processes, implementation, and the analysis of campaign trends as directed by the Revenue Operations Director.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational, time and project management skills and possess an analytical aptitude.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns in HubSpot and on social platforms, from inception to post-campaign summaries including NPS and other surveys.
  • Prepare and manage marketing reports and dashboards to measure inbound performance.
  • Implement and document Marketing Operations best practices for CareMetx.
  • Build templates and reusable playbooks to help scale marketing capabilities.
  • Organize and maintain department folders, assets, and operational materials.
  • Work within the HubSpot Marketing Hub to maintain and organize leads, contacts, and campaign information.
  • Assist in conference and event planning.


Qualifications

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • One - two years of experience in one of the following B2B marketing roles: campaign management assistant, marketing automation management assistant, sales operations assistant manager, CRM assistant manager, or assistant digital marketing.
  • Experience working with ABM tools like 6sense, Engagio and DemandBase is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working with Ad components of social platforms (LinkedIn, Google AdWords)

Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

  • A grasp of performance marketing metrics, web analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at adjusting priorities and timelines.
  • An understanding of B2B sales funnel from lead generation to revenue generation.
  • Thrives in an evolving unpredictable environment and meets tight deadlines.
  • Editing skills preferred but not required.
