As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer communications are delivered in a timely and effective manner, maximizing engagement, and driving customer loyalty. Responsibilities include managing project plans, establishing deadlines, and handling delivery timelines. You will also play a key role in creating and improving operational processes and identifying improvements to content management tools and other systems with an eye on ease of use, speed to market and best in class customer experience across web and app digital platforms.
A successful candidate in this role will be comfortable with managing multiple priorities at a time as well as have strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be required to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination of brand guidelines and messaging to deliver successful marketing campaigns. Overall, you will play a critical role in delivering effective and engaging customer communications across various digital marketing channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key business objectives.
Key Deliverables/ Main Area of Focus:
· Serve as a subject matter expert of Staples customer communication platform capabilities & technology.
· Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating timelines and tracking deliverables, to ensure timely and successful campaign launches.
· Create clear and detailed deployment plans to support new business strategies that include production timelines, live dates, segmentation details, customer experience and associated creative.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and creative services, to streamline marketing campaign delivery and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
· Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the effective use of marketing tools and platforms, to maximize their understanding and utilization.
· Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and leverage additional expertise and resources when necessary.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Marketing Operations, and make recommendations for process improvements and technology enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail operations, generalist marketing, campaign management or project management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Must be a process driven, self-starter and creative problem solver, with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Results-oriented and data driven, with a passion for learning
