Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Operations and Marketing professional in the Health Care industry. As our Sales Operations and Marketing specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by optimizing sales strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing and Sales principles in the B2B healthcare sector
Key Responsibilities
- Sales strategy: Support the CCO and Sales team by managing the sales strategy, process, including lead generation & prospecting.
- Sales operations: Manage the CRM system and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information; Streamline and automate sales processes, collaborate with sales team to develop sales forecasts; Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Market research: Conduct research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Marketing and content: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads; Assist in the development of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials; Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Analytics and reporting: Track and report on marketing and Sales KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI; Develop presentations to senior executives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives; Provide training and support to sales team on marketing tools and techniques.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Masters preferred.
- 2-3 years proven experience in sales Operations and marketing, preferably in the B2B healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to independently drive projects to completion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
