We have an immediate opening for a high-performing Marketing Manager to support our marketing and strategic planning programs and corporate communications.  The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with excellent electronic and web marketing efforts and customer service skills.   

This is a highly competitive sales industry, that requires a 24/7 mentality, quick decision making, and incredible customer service to be successful. You’ll be responsible for managing our marketing programs to grow our business and design and implement internal and external communications.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support and facilitate development and implementation of regional marketing plans
• Design and supervise corporate communication activities including
  • External communications and systems
  • Internal communications
  • External vendors and consultants   
• Create/Manage/Oversee electronic and web marketing efforts to include:
  • SEO campaigns
  • PPC campaigns
  • Supervision of ongoing website development and maintenance
  • Blog entry updates
  • Social Media applications
  • Locate and develop additional sources to expand Diligent brand
• Organize and implement client relations including:
  • Ongoing communication and correspondence weekly/monthly
  • Client Satisfaction Surveys
  • Respond to client concerns/issues and follow up to ensure proper handling and satisfactory resolution in partnership with our Client Relations Manager.
• Create correspondence for various departments and regions
• Sales reporting and date import into CRM database in partnership with Sales Coordinator
• Maintain CRM data including new client activity, contact information, new prospects developed, lost business reporting, mailing list applications, etc.
• Assist field personnel in developing marketing campaigns, brochures, flyers
• Work in tandem with sales team to develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns
• Create video marketing programs
• Prepare and set up expositions from start to finish
• Independent Contractor driver job advertisements and placements

 Educations, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2-4 years' experience leading a company marketing effort with proven examples
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of market research and data analysis
• Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for various marketing channels
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
• Familiarity with product management principles and practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or other design software is required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
