Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all segments of our business, including our restaurant, spa, hotel, and events/weddings. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop and implement effective marketing procedures, revamp our website for SEO optimization, and manage our social media and online advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving our marketing efforts to attract new guests and retain existing ones, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for email campaigns, targeted ads, and promotions tailored to each segment of our business (restaurant, spa, hotel, events, and weddings).
- Revamp the SKYLARANNA Resort & Spa website to include all the appropriate keywords for search engine optimization (SEO), improving our visibility and attracting more traffic.
- Design, schedule, and manage engaging and visually appealing advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, monitoring their performance and optimizing them for better results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals and maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Engage with our online community, responding to queries and comments across our social media platforms to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Produce and present regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive future decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the hospitality, spa, or events industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience with email marketing, online advertising (including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads), and targeted advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills for creating compelling advertisements and promotional materials.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a team and external partners.
- Must have strong knowledge of WordPress and be able to create and edit websites.
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
