Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and execute marketing goals aligned with business targets.
- Drive marketing plans across multiple platforms to ensure profit growth and expand dealership products and services.
- Oversee advertising and promotional projects, including website content, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with third-party advertising agencies on SEM advertising, SEO strategies, radio, television traffic, and print/direct mail outlets.
- Conduct monthly meetings with digital vendors to set clear goals, review data, and ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze marketing performance reports, including BDC lead reports, CRM traffic reports, website analytics, and social media campaigns.
- Manage projects in progress, such as email blasts and digital creatives.
- Create and maintain online assets to address advertising needs and ensure brand consistency.
- Research the market to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and generate innovative ideas to promote dealership brands and products.
- Develop original content for websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms using SEO strategies.
Qualification Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing and Business Development Strategy.
- Strong time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask are required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage goals independently.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Management, Email, and Marketing Campaigns.
- Experience working with and analyzing data through CRM.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
