MAPEI Caribe is looking for a motivated, creative Marketing Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for all marketing, including product launches, web, and print campaigns. You will develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the development and maintenance of all marketing programs or projects including support materials for proper brand identity, recognition, and product positioning as well as supporting distributor channels.
- Supervises and coordinates internal and external resources to complete projects within determined time schedules and in keeping with established MAPEI standards. Position will also ensure that all printed projects are reviewed before/after printing and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure quality prior to use.
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Negotiates and confirms all communication as it relates to deadlines, delivery dates and any special information as it relates to all marketing materials and programs.
- Develop and manage (with support of General Manager) the established marketing budgets and ensure that the company invests in the most profitable and rewarding trade shows, literature, and other marketing outlets.
- Conduct market research as appropriate, analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Function as liaison between internal departments and external clients (vendors, customers, support teams) to ensure on-target messaging and expectations.
- Engage with key Sales team to identify specific needs/wants, as well to ensure we maintain continued supply of literature and support materials for all brands.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
- Perform any other duties required.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, plus a minimum of 8 to 10 years of marketing experience. MBA a plus.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Demonstrates proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Able to generate innovative ideas, create original concepts, and find creative and effective solutions to problems.
