What You Will Learn:
L’Oreal Professionnel is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and highly motivated brand Marketing Manager to help drive best-in-class marketing programs for a new beauty tech launch in the US. This launch is a top growth priority for the division. The person in this role will drive and execute all elements of the launch of the Airlight Pro to professionals, they will also have key responsibilities in executing the consumer launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and execute of the strategic launch plan of Air light Pro in the professional market and provide key support for the consumer launch.
- Represent categories for cross-functional strategic and update meetings to include new product development, print and package, education, brand updates, operations and presentations.
- Direct and ensure accurate forecasting of the brand / business.
- Develop strategic Promotional Calendar through collaborative effort with category leaders to drive sales and maintain effective brand image and innovation.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget and P&L category.
- Collaborates with Education, Sales, R&I and Legal on refining new ideas and bringing concepts and innovations to market
- Create strong collaborative relationship with the DMI and the multifunctional teams
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business related function required.
- 3-5 years of brand management experience. Experience in Beauty Tools preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of professional beauty industry along with products and content that performs best is important. This includes understanding of metrics and performance measures for all distribution channels.
- Exceptional financial acumen required including experience with budgeting and P&L management.
- Effective communication skills, language skills a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas of the business enabling the successful achievement of initiatives across all brand categories.
- Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills.
- Ability to travel domestically periodically (15%).
