Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center has been a trusted provider of orthopedic care in metro Denver for over 70 years. With over 100 physicians and advanced practice providers, Panorama has orthopedic specialists in sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand, wrist and elbow, foot and ankle, hip preservation, joint replacement and spine care. In addition, Panorama offers non-operative pain management specialists, medical imaging services, custom orthopedic medical equipment and physical therapists. With seven clinic locations, nine physical therapy offices, three ambulatory surgery centers and the region's only orthopedic specialty hospital, Panorama aims to provide convenient, quality, patient-centered care to the Rocky Mountain communities.
In July 2022, Panorama joined United Musculoskeletal Partners (UMP). UMP is a private equity backed management services organization (MSO) that supports orthopedic practices across the United States. Founded in December of 2021, UMP has already partnered with eight practices in three states with over 250 orthopedic surgeons and have a robust pipeline of potential new practice partnerships. Role Summary
Applying strategic insight from VP of Growth & Business Development, the Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering with marketing leaders at UMP to develop B2C marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. This includes providing growth and marketing support for Colorado market providers, locations and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Collaborate with UMP digital and paid media team on planning and execution of marketing programs.
- Serve as marketing point person for Colorado market physician and service lines needs.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Track and present marketing key performance indicators along with narrative on performance.
- Partner with UMP digital marketing and paid media team on market specific strategies and executions.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising - including print, digital, and video assets.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.
- Responsible for managing marketing budget and approving invoices.
- Plan and execute on strategic marketing and community events and sponsorships.
Pay Information: $78k to $140k/annually, based on experience.
