Job description

JOB FUNCTION:

Position is responsible to help promote the service offerings of multiple branded companies under the MPW umbrella. This position must be able to lead a team of writes, designers, and account coordinators. The role also requires a deep understanding of the North American industrial landscape, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Collaborate with business and sales teams to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for both existing and new service offerings and products.
  2. Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget and expenditures.
  3. Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team

 

 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES: 

  1. Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience of our products and services.
  2. Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  3. Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
  4. Conduct meetings regularly with marketing team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard.
  5. Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis.

Required Experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  3. Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, advertising and social media marketing.
  4. Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.

 

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising or communications
  2. Proficiency with content management systems and design software.
  3. Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education.
