Marketing Coordinator
This leadership position is focused on attracting attention and interest to what Power Train offers. Grabbing attention of prospective customers is critically important to the success of our business. The Marketing Manager is a key corporate position, in supporting all our locations. We expect the marketing coordinator to practice servant leadership principles which include always serving the customer’s needs, positively leading by example, being affirmative, humble, hungry, smart, trustworthy and transparent.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities and job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Create, execute, and manage a marketing strategy across various channels and enforce across all marketing materials. This includes implementation of brand guidelines.
- Oversee all marketing for all Power Train locations and directors
- Lead and assist with monthly companywide conference calls
- Create and continually evaluate Meta advertising
- Plan all social media content for main Power Train Facebook and Instagram
- Point person for Go High Level (CRM platform)
- Distribute promotional marketing guides to location leaders
- Manage all Zen Planner functions and operations
- New employee technology systems development
- Assist locations with local grassroots outreach
- Monthly/bi-monthly referral giveaway promotions
- Oversee all sponsorships at the corporate and field levels
- Perform market analysis and research
- Seek out corporate wellness partnerships and events
- Establish and run e-mail marketing campaigns
- Recap marketing campaigns with measurable metrics
- Constantly look for ways to be creative and help push the Power Train brand
Other Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all social media content
- Keeps the website current and up-to-date
- Assist with local marketing events at the field level
- Point person for merchandise orders
- Assist with communicating location announcements promptly - which includes events, hours of operations, changes to schedules, weather, etc.
- Assist with operations and HR objectives when needed
- Edit photos and create material for social media and enplug posts
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to proofing all material before going public
- Seek out facility corporate wellness and events
- Manage YouTube and Tiktok channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
- Leadership
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic marketing brain
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
- Proficiency in time management and organization
- Aptitude to learn how to utilize software programs and handle typical tech issues
- Basic knowledge of Meta and Meta Advertising
- Live within a 30 mile radius of Lancaster, PA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
