5-7 years' experience managing complex retention marketing campaigns across email and mobile channelsExperience with creating and executing multi-variate CRM test plans Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is agile to changing priorities Self-starter and problem solver especially in the face of ambiguityAbility to prioritize work with guidance from managerKeen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalizationAbility to analyze and interpret email and push data to report on campaign performance, insights and optimizationsSuperior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure, across multiple teams and stakeholdersTeam player and collaborator with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
