Marketing Internship

This internship is designed to provide you with real-life experience producing marketing content in the exciting field of regenerative agriculture. We strive to create a unique, valuable, and challenging internship experience by tailoring your responsibilities to your specific gifts and interests.

At Green Cover, we specialize in selling highly diverse, custom, cover crop mixes to individual farmers and ranchers. We believe cover crops are key to improving soil health, and healthy soils lead to healthy food and thus, healthier people. We're a growing company of 50+ people, founded by brothers Keith and Brian Berns in 2009. Our purpose is to help people regenerate God's creation for future generations. As a marketing intern, you'll help us tell others about the importance of soil health for the future of agriculture.

In your Marketing Intern role, you'll gain valuable marketing experience through opportunities such as:

• Developing new email campaigns and customer activity flows
  


• Contributing to articles and blog posts 
  


• Working with our social media team to produce content across many different social platforms
  


• Creating promotional materials and advertising campaigns
  


• Building and editing pages on the our website
  


• Taking photographs of our test plots as they grow
  


• Recording and editing video content
  


• Working with email lists and segments
  


• Helping us to set up and run webinars
  


• Helping us to refine our brand 
  


• Creating graphic design materials
  

You'll also learn a wealth of information about regenerative agriculture and soil health by:

• Attending field days on Soil Health
  


• Assisting Green Cover in hosting field days
  


• Helping us produce educational content in the form of webinars, social media content, etc.
  

All other duties as assigned.

• U.S. Citizen or authorized worker
  
• High School Diploma or GED
  
• Able to Lift 50 lbs
  
• Ability and desire to learn new skills
  
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
