Job Description

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing launch programs for new products.
• Regularly support in outlining face market specific needs, provide feedback on launches, and provide category analysis with U.S.-specific needs (e.g., shades, claims, name, formula, competition, trends, and gaps/opportunities in product portfolio).
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support in launch recap analysis & presentations to Central Marketing
• Issue quarterly trend reports including NPD competitive information, new product launches, and social media trends.
• Establish and maintain strong and supportive individual and team relationships with cross-functional groups (Sales, Education, Merchandising, Creative, PR, and Finance) to enhance achievement of objectives.
• Support during Retailer meeting season - organizing product closet, setting up room for presentations, shipping products.
• Merchandising support: support Face Makeup Marketing & VM team in logistic merchandising needs
• Inventory Management
• Provide support to the Marketing team with other projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
