Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who will learn to be an expert for integrated marketing campaign and initiative execution. As part of our marketing team, you will support marketing execution in a variety of areas, such as email, social media, websites, print collateral and more. You will work with the team to develop, implement, assess, and report on high-performing, data-driven integrated marketing tactics and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, our client marketing team, and our marketing strategy team to ensure on-time, on-strategy, highest quality delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Collaborate with the client marketing, marketing strategy and creative services teams to execute marketing campaigns and tactics
- Submit comprehensive, high quality creative requests for projects via a digital workflow tool to the creative team
- Work within the marketing project management system to keep work on track and all stakeholders up to date and informed
- Coordinate workflow, review cycles and approvals of marketing materials from multiple internal and external parties
- Perform analysis of data, information, and research
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
- Enrolled in a full-time associate or bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university, preferably in applicable area of focus (Communication, Business, Marketing, etc.)
- Must be able to start the Summer Internship program in the middle of May and continue with the internship program until it commences in early August
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Must be able to handle a wide variety of work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Paid search, SEO, social media and email marketing tactical experience a plus
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus

- Required to sit, stand, walk; talk and hear; and ability to touch and handle typical office equipment
- Employee will have exposure to normal office environments
