Job Description
Marketing Graphics Specialists produce engaging and attractive content for various channels. They are skilled in using different tools and formats to showcase the brand's identity and value. They also monitor and analyze the performance of their content to optimize their strategies and reach more audiences.
As a Marketing Graphics Specialist, you will create and implement content strategies for various online and offline channels to promote Solar Negotiators and Solar Maintenance Pros. You will produce engaging and attractive content in a variety of formats, such as social media posts, website pages, blog posts, infographics, emails, advertisements, audio/video, and various printed materials. You will also measure and analyze the results of your content to optimize your campaigns and generate more leads.
Your role involves creating and managing a variety of content types that align with the company's brand voice and target audiences. In addition, the Marketing Graphics Specialist will be responsible for managing our websites, reporting on performance, and optimizing content, structure, and technical aspects of the websites to improve their ranking and visibility on search engines. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Create and manage a content calendar that includes a variety of content types.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
- Create and edit high-quality audio and video content for various purposes, such as radio/tv ads, training videos, testimonials, and social media campaigns.
- Manage social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and engage with followers to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Leverage social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to increase reach and engagement with target audiences.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with the company's overall SEO strategy.
- Manage and update company websites.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization, such as A/B testing content types and posting times.
- Support internal communications in partnership with HR.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as contracting operations, administration, and sales, to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution of content marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and evolving customer needs to inform future content marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
- Portfolio of previous content work demonstrating a range of content types and topics.
- 2-3+ years proven experience in content and social media marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content across a range of formats.
- Solid understanding of content distribution channels and tactics, including social media, email, web and paid media.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn and social media management tools.
- Wordpress, Hubspot and HTML experience a plus!
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
